Daniel Campbell, PhD
Non-Coding RNAs that Contribute to Autism and Schizophrenia

Dr. Campbell is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at UCLA’s Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute, and an expert in both neuroscience and human genetics. His current research activities focus on defining functional genetic variants that contribute to the etiology and treatment effectiveness of autism. He has also researched the molecular genetics of schizophrenia.

John Murray, PhD
Modeling Neural Circuit Dysfunction in Schizophrenia: Toward Computational Psychiatry

A computational neuroscientist at NYU, Dr. Murray is interested in understanding the dynamics of cortical circuits that subserve cognitive functions. Under the mentorship of Dr. Xiao-Jing Wang, Dr. Murray examines neural data and creates neural circuit models to understand the full spectrum of circuitry, from micro-circuitry to long-range interactions between brain areas.
